the flower & the Flame

Announcing hEARTH Day 2024: Tribute to the Flame.
This coming April, Hearth will be hosting an Earth Day/420 celebration in partnership with Birdfoot, and Ascend CBD. This event will include live glassblowing and flameworking demonstrations by Shane Fero, Carla Camasso, Ben Elliott, Elliot Todd and more! Celebrations will kick-off Friday night, April 19th, with a gallery opening from 5-8pm and demonstration. The event will continue Saturday morning with coffee provided by the Roasted Roost and flameworking demonstrations from 12-8pm. Music and libations will be available at Birdfoot! The event will be for customers 21+ Only!

Toe River Arts
Studio Tour - Spring
Hearth Glass & Gallery will be participating in next year’s spring Studio Tours hosted by Toe River Arts. We will also be joined by a local food truck. Demonstrations will start at 12pm daily.
Since 1992, the Toe River Arts Studio Tour has showcased the talent and studios of North Carolina’s Yancey and Mitchell County artists. These world-renowned, well-traveled, and skilled artists bring beauty to the world by sharing their craft. All of the artists featured have a fascinating story, interesting background, and their own “Journey of the Arts.” The Studio Tour is a showcase for local artists to feature their work, processes, and studio spaces. Along with the Studio Tour, participating artists will exhibit their work in the Spruce Pine Gallery.

Yancey County Chamber of Commerce - Business After Hours.
Hearth will host the October 2023 Business After Hours event. Join us for an evening of socialization with our fellow Yancey Chamber members. Refreshments will be provided.
Short glassblowing demonstration will take place at 6:00pm.

Hearth Glass & Gallery will be participating in this year’s Fall Studio Tours hosted by Toe River Arts. We will also be joined by a local food truck. Demonstrations will start at 12pm daily.
